Please go to our online payment form (accessible from http://sciwrite.org/payment.html). Credit card payments are processed by Paypal, but you do not have to create an account with them. Under "instructions from buyer" please tell us the student's name and follow up with an email to sciwrite@sciwrite.org so we can properly credit the payment.

To pay for lodging please contact the Inn of the Governors by telephone at (800) 234-4534. Tell them you will be reserving a room for the Santa Fe Science Writing Workshop.

Note for federal employees: The daily rate at the hotel includes taxes and two meals, breakfast and lunch. When those items are subtracted, the basic room rate is within the government lodging per diem for Santa Fe. Let us know if you need to be billed separately for the government room rate and for meals, and we'll put you in touch with the hotel's meeting manager.

We're sorry we cannot accept purchase orders. If necessary, we can arrange for a wire transfer to the workshop's bank account.
