While there is no official deadline, we urge you to apply early if you want a particular instructor. The cutoff date for the discounted hotel rate is April 2.

Step 1. Please fill out and submit our online form.
Step 2. Please follow up with a short email describing yourself and why you want to attend.
Step 3. We will get back to you by email with a decision. Upon notice of acceptance, you will be asked to reserve your lodging by contacting the Inn of the Governors by telephone at (800) 234-4534. Tell them you will be attending the Santa Fe Science Writing Workshop. They will ask for one night's deposit by check or credit card to hold your room.
Tuition can be paid by mailing a check (drawn on an American bank and payable to Santa Fe Science Writing Workshop) to the following address:

To hold your place we will need to receive payment within 30 days.
If you prefer to pay by credit card please go to our online payment page. Payments are processed by Paypal, but you do not have to create an account with them.
If your employer is paying the workshop costs, please provide a copy of our payment instructions with your budget request. Since we do not have an office manager or support staff, we ask that all communication be by email.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations of tuition paid by credit card are subject to a processing fee. No tuition refund can be given after April 1, unless we can fill the position from the waiting list.
The hotel requires that lodging be cancelled no later than five days before arrival.
