A few people have inquired about sharing a room with another workshop participant. Since we had to move the workshop from Ghost Ranch Santa Fe a couple of years ago to a hotel, we haven’t had a good way to accommodate this. We don’t have the staff to match and assign people to rooms but we are trying to find an alternative.

We’ll soon send everyone who has registered a password for a bulletin board where you can post roommate requests. You’ll need to make the arrangements on your own. One person would reserve the room with a credit card and the other would register as a commuter and pay the $150 commuter fee to cover meal costs. (Only one meal plan is included in the hotel’s room rate). Then you would settle up on your own. We hope that works. We are open to other suggestions.
