We’re now taking applications for the waiting list. With more than three months until the workshop it is likely that we will get a few cancellations.

Please remember that we need to receive your tuition payment within 30 days to hold your place in the workshop. We’ve received a surge of applications in the last few days and will soon begin a waiting list.

We’ve accepted 41 people for the May workshop leaving four openings.

We’ve accepted 36 people into the workshop. That leaves 9 openings.

We’ve now accepted 28 people into the workshop, a new record for early applications. There is still plenty of time to apply, but we urge you not to wait too long. Last year we filled up by February 1.

We’ve accepted 26 people into the workshop, leaving us well over half full.

For those who want to get an early start on travel reservations, please note that the workshop schedule will follow the same format as for 2019:  http://sciwrite.org/scisked19.html. Check-in at the hotel begins at 3 p.m. on Monday with a reception at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:15 p.m.

On Saturday, the final session ends by noon, but people often leave earlier to catch flights or the shuttle to Albuquerque.
